Kristin Bayley
MS, MSLP, BCBA, CPSP, CBA
Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
Fieldwork/Behaviour Support Supervisor
Kristin launched her career in behaviour analysis in 1998, working with adolescents in residential settings and preschool children in home-based programs. After earning her Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she moved to London, becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2003.
By 2007, Kristin relocated to Sydney, completing her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie University while raising two children.
In 2016, she founded To the Moon & Back, a multidisciplinary clinic offering speech therapy, behaviour therapy, and behaviour support.
Kristin’s expertise led her to develop and deliver graduate programs in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University, where she mentored over 200 students. She is not only a BCBA and Certified Behaviour Analyst but also an NDIS Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Melanie Daly
BCBA, CBA, BA (Psych), Grad Dip (Disability Studies), MEd (ABA)
Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner
Fieldwork/Behaviour Support Supervisor
Melanie has over 13 years of experience working to support children, teens and adults with varying disabilities including Autism, ADHD, Intellectual disabilities and psychosocial disabilities. Melanie area of focus is supporting people with severe harmful behaviours, including supporting and training their care network of parents, teachers, and support workers. She is passionate about teaching communication and other functional skills to improve quality of life.
Melanie Daly is a Certified Behaviour Analyst and a NDIS Registered Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner. She tutored for the postgraduate programs in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University and assisted in research projects to develop training curriculums for teachers and decrease the prevalence of physical restraints on people with disabilities.
Her tertiary education background is in Psychology, Disability Studies and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
