This session focuses on understanding how setting events impact an individual’s likelihood of engaging in behaviours of concern. Participants will learn to identify and analyse setting events that may influence these behaviours. By understanding these setting events, attendees will gain insight into the person’s underlying needs and how to understand them in a more compassionate and effective way.
