Teaching Skills 1
January 21
$55The first part of a two-part series, this session explores how and why skills occur naturally in our environments and how this understanding can guide breaking down skills that clients wish to learn. Participants will examine the natural development of skills and apply these insights to create effective, client-centred teaching strategies. Skill Building is essential to a trauma-assumed, human rights-based approach in positive behaviour support services and the use of capacity building funding. By the end, attendees will have practical tools to support skill development in an effective and empowering way.
